“Honestly, when my Lead Mother first mentioned and invited me to attend thecooking demonstration, I didn’t realize it would be such a game-changer to me and my family. Through attending the training, I quickly gained hands-on skills to prepare nutritious, balanced meals for my family. I even got new recipes that I enjoy preparing for my husband and children. Before the ECHO, I was lost when it came to preparing healthy food. Thank you, ECHO, for transforming our mealtimes”
